Current Projects

Expansion of Embassy Suites Hotel,
Disneyland Resort District, California
This project, now through design development, includes a new 238 room, 17 story tower, 7,000 square foot restaurant, health club and spa, new ballroom, new pool, pool bar and wedding reception area, business center and 10 acres of additional parking.

Perry Ranch Industrial Park, Fillmore, California
This project finished grading and infrastructure work early in 2010. Development challenges included master planning, annexation and flood plain resolution. KDF constructed 3,000 lineal feet of public streets and imported over 200,000 cubic yards of fill to produce the industrial lots.
